Work Based Learning
Why WBL?
Work-based learning (WBL) provides real-world experiences to students so they can build relationships and gain durable skills. WBL experiences happen in a work setting, typically at a local business. These opportunities augment school-based instruction so students can understand how to apply what they have learned in their CTE classes. WBL offers career exploration, preparation, and helps students become future ready.
