Game Design Major
Atkins Game Design is the premier High School game design program in the WS/FCS district. We are dedicated to helping students develop skills that will bring them success in careers and in life. Students use industry software including Adobe Suite, 3DS Max, and Unreal Engine (makers of Fortnite). Throughout the major, they create advanced board games, video games, and interactive virtual experiences.

The following courses are required for the Game Design Major:
Digital Design and Animation 1 Honors - This is the first course.
Advanced Game Design Honors - (Game Design 1 is a prerequesite to this course)
One of the following courses must also be taken to complete the major:
Digital Design and Animation 2 Honors - This is the second course.
