Our 3rd graders visited downtown WS today on a walk and ride tour. They learned about many historical buildings, statues, and murals. Thanks to WSFCS social studies curriculum for organzing this field trip.

**Teacher Spotlight** My name is Ashlie Goad. I am so excited to be teaching 2nd grade at SGES this year. This is my 8th year of teaching. I have taught grades K, 1st, and 2nd. I am married and have two boys, Beckett and Brooks. In my spare time I love to travel, watch my boys play ball, spend time with my family, and shop!
