Superintendent Trish McManus and Kimberly Ukuzato, a WSPD liaison, served as special readers, adding to the excitement of the event. After weeks of enthusiastic reading and voting, If You Give a Mouse a Cookie emerged as the tournament champion, narrowly defeating The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which secured second place. The finale was a fantastic way to encourage a love of reading and highlight the power of storytelling in the community.
