On August 8th, RJR Alumni President Harry Corpening staged a recorded Zoom conversation with RJR Director of Bands Daniel Campbell. This is Daniel's fourth year at Reynolds. Among other things, he told Harry about:
· The difference between the 4 classes he teaches
· Who makes up the 50-60 member RJR Marching Band
· What all was taught at the 2-week (8:30 – 5:30) Band Camp in the summer
· What is judged in the Band Competitions the band will be participating in this year
· The fact that the band will go to ALL of the RJR football games
· What in involved in co-ordinating with the Dancing Boots
· The various parades the band will be a part of this year.

Also during the interview, it was mentioned that it costs a lot of money for the funding of drivers for the activity buses the band will use during the year. It is hoped that all past Band members would consider sending in donations supporting the RJR Band.
