What are the requirements?
At least 18 years old and not a student enrolled in the K-12 Public Schools system
Must be a registered WS/FCS volunteer (link for registration)
Be available from 8:15am - 12:00pm (This would be the maximum. Some of the sessions end before this.)
What are the duties of a proctor?
Here is a handout that explains most of what you need to know about proctoring.
You would be assisting the test administrator with monitoring students and maintaining a secure and appropriate testing environment.
You would receive training prior to stepping into the role of proctor. The training will include information found in the Testing Code of Ethics and the Proctor's Guide.
How do I sign up to be a Proctor at Old Richmond Elementary School?
Register with WS/FCS as a volunteer (link for registration) and use this form to sign up stating you wish to be a volunteer proctor.
Come to a training - you must have one face-to-face training per year and sign the Proctor Accountability Form
EOG Testing Dates
Tuesday, May 13, 2025: Reading grades 3, 4, 5
Thursday, May 15, 2025: Math grades 3, 4, 5
Monday, May 19, 2025: Science grade 5
