Panorama Survey OPT Out Letter
Student:
Students will enter their Student ID number. They will then see 2 surveys they need to take.
The wellbeing survey is confidential and linked to student ID numbers.
The environment survey is anonymous.
Students will hit the blue “Submit” button to enter their survey. If they do not hit submit, their responses will not be saved.
*As a reminder, any student who has submitted an
form should NOT take the survey.
Teacher: “
Teacher” means anyone who has students rostered to their name in PowerSchool
The teacher survey is anonymous.
Teachers will access the survey from the link above and select their school from a drop down menu (They will need the link above; no email from Panorama will be sent).
Staff: “
Staff” means anyone who does NOT have students rostered to their name in PowerSchool
The staff survey is anonymous.
Staff will access the survey from the link above and select their school from a drop down menu. (They will need the link above; no email from Panorama will be sent).
Family:
The family survey is anonymous.
Family Members will then select the specific school they will take the survey on from the drop down menu.
Family members can also select from a variety of language choices in which to take the survey.
The family survey should take approximately 7 minutes.
Once the survey opens, I encourage you to
log into Panorama frequently to check response rates
for your school to see if they align with your survey plan and goals. Please refer back to this email and the linked resources throughout the survey process. I am here to support you and answer questions along the way.
