Thank you for considering volunteering at Lewisville!
There are a few steps you must take first!
1) You must attend the Volunteer meeting with Mrs. Fitzgerald (Date/ Time: TBD)
2) Register as a volunteer (if you are new) or Renew your volunteer status (if you have volunteered in the WSFCS district previously) This must be completed EACH school year!

Please also be sure to select Lewisville ELEMENTARY when registering/renewing.
3) You MUST sign a Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement. Please ask your child's teacher for this document OR contact the Office.
Please Note: In order to chaperone on class field trips and assist in the classroom you must be a registered volunteer.
If you are not a registered as a volunteer and would like to go on a field trip, you will be asked to sign your student out of school, and you will not be permitted to walk with the class.
Parents that volunteer to chaperone field trips need to know younger siblings are not allowed to accompany them on field trips. Some field trips are limited to the number of parent chaperones allowed to accompany students. Parent chaperones/volunteers must be approved volunteers to accompany a class on a field trip. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
