The Office of School Relations provides a structured pathway for parents to address and resolve concerns regarding their child’s school experience.
When an issue arises, parents are encouraged to first reach out to the school directly, engaging with staff members such as teachers, counselors, social workers, coaches or assistant principals who are most closely involved with the matter.
If further assistance is needed or if the issue remains unresolved, parents may schedule an appointment with the school principal to discuss the concern in greater detail where they will work together to address and resolve the issue.
While most issues are successfully addressed at the school level, the Office of School Relations offers additional support when needed. Parents can complete and submit a Parent Concern Form, ensuring their voices are heard. A representative from the Office of School Relations will then reach out to provide further assistance and work toward a resolution.
