In level one, students will become proficient in the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish.  They will also gain cultural awareness with the introduction of geography, customs, foods, holidays and other cultural information. Students will communicate in Spanish on day-to-day activities by providing and obtaining information, expressing feelings and emotions, exchanging opinions and socializing. Students will understand authentic Spanish documents and literature.
