Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Tricia McManus is offering four opportunities for community visits and involvement in the coming weeks. Her tours of schools will continue in her “See for Yourself” initiative. During the tours, invited community leaders will meet students, teachers, and administrators and see the exciting and different courses offered at each school.
The events take place from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the following dates and schools.
- Thursday, January 23 – Parkland High School
- Friday, January 24 – Caver High School
- Thursday, January 30 – R.J. Reynolds High School
On Thursday, January 30 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., the annual Superintendent’s Art Gallery Grand Opening will be held as student artwork from around the district is unveiled. The evening begins at the WS/FCS Education Building at 4801 Bethania Station Road and will move to 475 Corporate Square Drive. Art students and their families will attend.
