There is nothing quite like the excitement and optimism surrounding the first day of school and WS/FCS celebrated in a variety of ways. There was music at Ward Elementary, community members at Griffith Elementary, a centennial celebration at Old Town, a brand-new principal at West Forsyth, and that first-day feeling at Flat Rock Middle School.
