We are just one week away from students returning to their classrooms for the start of the school year. Last Friday and Saturday, WS/FCS held Back To School Pop-Up Shops to help them get ready. WS/FCS Cable 2 Photojournalist Kevin Wrenn shares how community support makes this all possible.
