Pathway Promise Program: Dropout Prevention Program

Pathway Promise Program (P3) is a dropout prevention initiative for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) high school students that have experienced challenges in the traditional high school setting.  The goal is to remove barriers to graduation and enable students to graduate from high school with an earned diploma. P3 has small class sizes, and students will benefit from individualized instruction, as well as an individualized graduation plan.

P3 staff is committed to the success of all students that attend the program. In collaboration with students and parent(s)/guardian(s), an individualized graduation and postsecondary plan will be developed. Licensed school personnel will deliver instructional programs to meet course requirements and the P3 School Counselor will provide academic advisement and social-emotional support.
