Kelly Crisp

  • Kelly Crisp is the Employee Recruitment Coordinator focused on Preschool, Elementary, Data Manager and School Finance Manager Recruitment. Kelly completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently earning her MBA. She began her career in education as a Preschool Teacher Assistant then worked in the Admissions Office at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her time with WS/FCS began with an internship before she transitioned into a full-time role. She looks forward to connecting with you to share more about the opportunities available with WS/FCS! Angela Bostic-Phelps

  • Angela is a proud graduate, parent, volunteer, and staff member of the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District.  She is the Employee Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on Teacher recruitment for middle and high schools.  She also works with Student Teachers and Interns.

    Angela earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Elon University and a Post-Baccalaureate in Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro.  She began her career in business management roles before moving into the field of education.  Angela demonstrates her enthusiasm daily for recruitment and retention of high performing educators for WS/FCS students. Nia Johnson

  • Nia Johnson is the Substitute Support Coordinator, and she is determined to make sure that there is a Substitute Teacher in every absence. Nia has worked with students in many different capacities and found that keeping students engaged is the most impactful to their success.
