North Carolina General Assembly Session Law 115C-102.9 requires for the collection and reporting of data regarding student access to digital devices and internet access at home. This data collection is included as part of the Digital Learning and Media Inventory (NCDLMI).

The survey is linked and accessible through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Unfortunately, the survey cannot be completed through the PowerSchool Parent Portal mobile device app. It can only be completed through signing into the PowerSchool Parent Portal in a web browser such as Google Chrome. Parents will see the 'Digital Device Survey' link at the bottom left side of the Parent Portal navigation toolbar (see screenshot to the right).

This survey is completely optional, but WS/FCS hopes to collect as many responses as possible. Parents have until June 30, 2025 to complete the survey.
