CS11 Project Management I - This course will introduce students to the principles, concepts, and software applications used in the management of projects. Through project-based learning, students will understand how to use the framework of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing a project in authentic situations. The core concepts of scope, time, cost, and integration will be examined during this course. This course is eligible for honors weight.
CS12 Project Management II - This course will develop advanced project management skills. Through project-based learning, students will understand how to use the framework of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project in authentic situations. The facilitating concepts of quality management, human resources, communication management, risk management, procurement management, and stakeholder management will be examined during this course. This course is eligible for honors weight.
Prerequisite: CS11 Project Management I
