Welcome to Winston Salem/Forsyth County Schools Athletics

Winston Salem/Forsyth County Schools offer interscholastic sports programs at the high school and middle school levels. Athletic participation is a privilege! In order to be afforded this privilege students must be enrolled at a WS/FCS school and meet specific eligibility requirements established by the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) for middle schools. As a representative of their school community and WS/FCS, athletes are expected to abide by all rules in the student handbook and display the characteristics of good sportsmanship at all times.

The certified trainers attend practices and games for each men’s and women’s sport.
