Transcript and Records Requests

Seniors

Seniors will receive an unofficial copy of their transcript prior to their individual meeting (September - October) with their assigned School Counselor to assist with navigating the college admissions processes.  All official requests for college applications will be processed through student Naviance accounts.  Please find options for submitting transcript requests below:

Important Note:  Please remember once transcripts are submitted, colleges and universities have an internal timeline for intake and processing.  You may still receive automated notifications from the school indicating your transcript has not been received – even after it has been sent.  If you have questions about if or when your transcript will be marked as received, we encourage you to contact the school’s admission office directly.

Naviance - all students will request transcripts through Naviance, accessible via WSFCS Google Accounts or WSFCS Student Clever Accounts.

Common App – If you use Common App to apply to any schools, students will match their Common App accounts to Naviance so transcripts can be submitted via Naviance electronically.  Unsure if a school uses the Common App – click here to conduct a search.

College Foundation of NC (CFNC) -  West Forsyth participates in CFNC’s statewide electronic high school transcript system.  This means you can request your transcript when you submit an online application or when you are on their Application Hub.  This request is transmitted automatically through CFNC.  All NC colleges and universities, public and private, participate in this service.  For more information visit CFNC.

Coalition for College – If you are using Coalition for College to apply to a school, please follow their instructions on how to request an electronic transcript from your counselor.
