The N.C. Essential Standards include the standards for Information and Technology, Science, World Languages, Arts Education, Social Studies, Healthful Living, the Occupational Course of Study and Guidance.

With so many subjects required from our state, our school has a unique and important framework which helps us put these seemingly very separated and individual topics together for our students. The International Baccalaureate - Primary Years Programme framework takes all of the above state requirements and puts these standards together, so our learners engage in deep thinking and learning.
