25-26 Enrollment Information for Prospective Students
Middle College of Forsyth (MCF) is a partnership between WSFCS and Forsyth Technical Community College for 11th and 12th grade students. MCF students complete high school graduation requirements while also earning transferrable college credits through Forsyth Technical Community College. Students enrolled in MCF do not pay tuition or textbook fees to FTCC while enrolled in our program.
Good Attendance and an unweighted 2.8 GPA are required to enroll at FTCC. Please call 336.734.7437 with your inquiries.

The Middle College Application Period for the 2025-2026 school year is now open.
Deadline for ALL applications and documents: 5/1/2025 or when all open spots are filled.

Please answer each question fully.
Be sure that your essay questions are thorough and your words.
Forward the Teacher/Counselor Recommendation form below to two recommenders.
