I have worked in the Winston-Salem area for the past 25 years. I began my career at The Children's Home as a Residential Counselor and Assistant Team Leader providing individual and family therapy to co-ed pre-adolescents and adolescent girls ranging in age from 12-18. Before becoming a School Counselor at Clemmons Middle School in 2005, I worked for over 5 1/2 years in treatment foster care at Appalachian State University's Professional Parenting. Clemmons Middle was my home for 13 years. The 2018-19 school year, I FINALLY, made the jump to this side of I-40 to KERNERSVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL...GO HAWKS!!

I have lived in Kernersville for over 18 years with my husband Michael. We have two daughters, Maddie and Carly and a Shih Tzu, named Ollie. This is my 18th year as a School Counselor and it feels AWESOME to work and live in my community!! I am excited about the 2022 - 2023 school year and I am looking forward to working with you!
