School Improvement Plan and Team
The Glenn High School School Improvement Team (SIT) is a committee that includes administrators, faculty and staff, parents, and student representatives. In accordance with the North Carolina State Board of Education and the Department of Public Instruction, SIT provides continual, data-driven strategies for school improvement.
Vision
Robert B. Glenn High School will be a state and district leader in preparing our students to be collaborative, civic-minded, and responsible digital citizens.
Mission
The staff of Glenn High School will establish a single school culture of data analysis and reflection to address our diverse student population and unique needs effectively. We will provide rigorous and authentic academic opportunities that prepare students for post-secondary success. Bylaws
Our current School Improvement Plan is located in the Indistar/NCStar system. This is a web-based tool that guides our school improvement team in charting improvement and managing the continuous improvement process.
