Dual Enrollment through Career & College Promise
Are you ready for the challenge of college now?
At ECFHS, you can earn college credits that will give you a head start on your college career while earning your high school diploma. This is a four-year joint program of WS/FCS and Forsyth Technical Community College. Students can earn up to 60 hours of transfer credits or an Associate Degree all tuition-free!

Vision:
Our vision is to form a unique high school dedicated to preparing students for careers that are available in our community today and in the future. Forsyth Tech and the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools are committed to creating a unique small school that provides a nurturing, supportive environment that expects students to flourish and achieve their academic goals.
Mision:
We will offer a smaller learner-centered community that prepares students for a challenging program of study by developing academic rigor, providing relevant coursework, and building school and community relationships for students' success in the global economy.
Hours of Operation:
Office hours for ECF are 8:00 AM-4:00 PM.
High school instructional hours are 9:00 AM-3:20 PM.
Calendar:
ECF does not follow the traditional WS/FCS school calendar. Our calendar is in line with the Forsyth Tech calendar. The ECF school year begins in late July to early August, about two weeks earlier than WSFCS. Our school year concludes in mid-May.
Child Nutrition:
WSFCS Child Nutrition provides lunch for our students daily. They will need to request it using the QR codes displayed in Ardmore & Snyder Halls.
Transportation:
WSFCS provides magnet bus transportation for ECF students.
