The 2010-2011 school year was another tremendous year for Parkland Magnet High School. With the recent release of year end data Parkland has learned that its graduation rate (the percentage of students that enter the school in the 9th grade and graduate 4 years later) increased nearly 10%. Additionally Parkland saw its End of Course average rise above 70%, ranking it among the top 5 High Schools in the county. Parkland was also proud to learn that it has met 100% of AYP goals as established by the federal government. With the increase in expectations this was no small task, as represented by the fact that only 15 schools (K-12) in the county met 100% of their AYP goals. Congratulations Mustangs!
