The Kimmel Farm Elementary Science Fair for the 2016-2017 school year, led by Ms. Gupton, was held on November 17. Kindergarten, first, and second grade classrooms contributed class projects, while third graders worked in small groups. Fourth and fifth grade students completed individual projects.
Projects covered a variety of topics, from how to magnetize a potato to which brand of soccer ball could withstand the greatest air pressure to lighting an LED light bulb using gravity. Projects remained on display on November 18 for continued student viewing.

Third Place: Asher Gordon (Mr. Sneden's Class)
