This form is used to register for the Go Green Go-Kart Competition on May 19, 2010.

IMPORTANT NOTES :
1. The Faculty Sponsor must accompany the team to and from the Career Center.
2. A team is composed of a maximum of four students and one Faculty Sponsor.
3. Registration is limited to the first 30 teams.
4. A mandatory Waiver Form is currently being finalized and will be sent to each team once it is completed.
5. Racing will begin at 9:30 am with pole times being set after registration is closed.  You will know your pole time prior to arriving at the Career Center campus.
