The partners work with the school improvement teams to arrange volunteer mentors, speakers, and tutors and to offer incentives for improved achievement, attendance, and behavior. They also provide recognition and incentives to motivate teachers. Students and faculty in return give workshops for business employees, set up special workplace exhibits and performances, and share in community projects.
