If an individual has been "approved" as a Level 0, Level 1, or Level 2 volunteer at another Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school and that person would like to volunteer at Hanes Magnet School, they must complete the Volunteer Add or Transfer Form and submit it to the Volunteer Coordinator at the "previously approved school." Once the Volunteer Coordinator at the previously approved school has transferred the volunteer's application to Hanes Magnet School, the Hanes Magnet School Volunteer Coordinator will "add" the volunteer to the list of volunteers for Hanes Magnet School.
To access the Volunteer Add or Transfer Form online you must: (1) Go to the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools website at: http://wsfcs.k12.nc.us (2) Go to the "Parents/Community" section on the main web page for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (3) Select "Volunteers" on the drop-down menu (4) From there you will see a list of menu items on the left side of the screen (5) Select "Online Forms and Documents" -You will then see a list of choices - Select "School Add or Transfer Form" -You must download a copy of the form and complete it. The completed form must be forwarded by the applicant to the Volunteer Coordinator at the "previously approved school."
Volunteer Add or Transfer Forms are also available in the Main Office at Hanes Magnet School.
