Proctors Needed!!!!!
Paisley IB needs approximately 50 volunteers each day to serves as proctors on May 29 and 30.  EOG proctors should arrive by 7:45 AM and should be finished by 11:30 AM.  Training sessions are required of every proctor each year and at each school.  Proctor training will be held on Wednesday, 15 May at 12 noon and Thursday, 16 May at 9:00 a.m.  Please plan to attend one of these training dates.

All tests start at the same time, so you can only proctor one test per day.  You can volunteer for both days.  Family members are not allowed to test in their child's testing room.  To sign up for proctoring, please contact Volunteer Coordinator Stacey Neuhauser 794-5289; or Curriculum Coordinator Amber Day.

Adopt-the-Garden Program
Please sign up to help care for the Paisley Garden during the summer.  This will ensure that the hard work begun by the Environmental Club continues all summer, providing fresh herbs and produce for the Paisley Community.  Please sign up to care for the garden for one week.  The school will be open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the summer.  Please plan to tend the garden during those times.  You may check in at the front office for access to garden tools and for the key to turn on the water.  Garden tasks will include planting, weeding, harvesting, and other garden tasks.  Once you sign up, more information will be provided.  Please help us to Grow the Paisley Community in this important way.

You may sign up via Sign Up Genius at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090E4BA9A722A20-paisley.  Contact Terri LeGrand at terri.legrand@gmail.com for more information.
