Uniforms can be purchased during class or online. If you would like to purchase on-line you need to go to the MMS web page and select Online School Purchases . Uniforms that are purchased online can be picked during class or before school. Shorts and shirts cost $15.00 each. String bags cost $10.00. A sport pack can be purchased for $30.00 (includes shorts, shirt and a string bad).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Meadowlark Middle School PE Uniform Information/Order Sheet

All students are required to wear a school approved uniform during gym class. All students have the option to rent a school uniform (student will give back at the end of the year) or purchase a uniform to keep.
