| At Clemmons Middle School we believe that communication between parents, teachers, and students is critical to the overall success for our students. To provide timely information concerning your child or children,Parent Assistant, an Internet-based program, allows secure access to important information about your child. Frequently Asked Questions Access User names and passwords will be created for parents/guardians that are on record as Living With the student. Biological parents Not Living with the student whose name appears on the birth certificate in the student's records folderANDhas NOT been denied legal access to the student's records may request an account for access to their student's information. Guardians: Will be given access with legal documentation in place. Access Adjustments: Parents requesting access should come to the Guidance Office here at school. Address Change To change your address you must come to the Guidance Office. Please bring two forms of ID with the new address, i.e. Utility bill (i.e. electric, gas, water), lease or deed, documentation of receiving temporary assistance for needy families or other public assistance; however, a cell phone statement can NOT be accepted. Please call the Guidance Office with questions. 774-4680 Attendence Contact the classroom teacher. Email addresses of all staff are provided on the CMS website link from Faculty And Staff Webpages in the navigation bar. Email Addresses: If you need to update or add your email address please email PACMS@wsfcs.k12.nc.us. Please provide your name, your student's legal name, relationship to the student and any changes you would like to make. Grades/Marks: Speak with your student about grade questions prior to contacting teachers. Check teacher websites for information grading policies. Teachers make every effort to enter grades in a timely manner. Some assessments require a longer period to evaluate than others. Consider this when reviewing your student's grades.Contact the classroom teacher by email or call the main office to leave a message (774-4677). Passwords: If you get locked out or forget your password, you will need to bring a Photo ID to the Guidance Office at the school in order to regain access. Phone Number Change: It is very important to have the correct phone numbers on file.
