Graduates may come to Student Services and complete a transcript request form, or they may mail or fax a SIGNED request to the school. The request must include date of birth, year of graduation, and the address of where the transcript should be sent. Due to FERPA (Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act), parental and phone requests CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. There is a $5.00 charge for transcripts.
