Where do I find lesson plans for the Media Center classes?
Posted by:Go to the Cash Elementary Home web page and find the Quick Links on the middle left side of the page. Click that link and it will take you to the Encore class lesson plans for the week. Scroll down to the bottom of the pages, and you'll find Music, PE, Computer Lab, Art, and Media Center information and weekly lesson plans listed.

How many books can I check out?
Posted by:If you are in Kindergarten, you may check out 2 book at a time.First and Second graders may check out 3 books.Third, Fourth, and Fifth may check out up to 4 books. -
What if I lose my book?
Posted by:If a book is lost, the only way to get it off of your account is to pay for it. If the book is found later, you will get your money back. Payments for lost books should be turned in to Mr. K in the Media Center. -
What if my book gets damaged?
Posted by:Bring your book back to the library so we can take a look at the damage. Sometimes, depending on the damage, we may be able to fix it. If the damage is beyond repair, we will look at the age of the book, if it is a newer book you may have to pay for the book so that we can replace it with a new copy. -
When can I check out books?
Posted by:Our library operates on a "fixed schedule" meaning that each class has a set time that they visit the library each week. Students have the opportunity to check out books each time their class visits, but also may come to the Media Center in the morning before 8:50 with their teacher's permission to return and checkout books.Lower grades K-2 are expected to have their reading monitored or read to by a parent or sibling for 20 minutes a nightUpper grades 3-5 are expected to have at least one chapter fiction book at their reading level to read 20 minutes each night at home.
