HOW DO I REGISTER MY STUDENT AT MT. TABOR?
A. If you would like to enroll your child at Mt. Tabor please call and set up an appointment with the assigned Counselor. When you come to that meeting you will need to bring with you the following:

1.) The student's birth certificate

2.) Proof of residency which must be one of the following: a current power bill, the current lease on your apartment/house, a current mortgage bill

3.) Immunization records

4.) The most current transcript (if you are an incoming 9th grader at the beginning of the year you will need to bring in your 8th grade report card)
