Honors World History
4th period
World Globe
Welcome to World History! This course is designed to give students a survey of history, from the first humans to the Cold War of the 20th century. The curriculum is outlined in the North Carolina Standard Course of Study for World History. Students will also be introduced to historical tools and practices, to prepare them for later social studies courses.

Pencil or pen (black or blue ink)

Highlighters


Late Work

I will accept late work for up to three days after its due date.

There will be 10 points deducted for every day late.

If the assignment is not turned in during the class period in which it is due, it will be counted late.


Missed Work
Any student absent from class will have five days to complete any missed tests or quizzes.
Missed homework is to be turned in the day the student returns to school.
Homework and assignments will be posted on the website.
It is your responsibility to find out what you have missed!
