Introducing...
Hi! My name is Michelle Showalter and I am a social studies teacher at West Forsyth High School. I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, and graduated from WFHS! I have a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go Heels!) and a Masters in Education from Wake Forest University. While at UNC, I spent a semester living in Washington, DC and interning at Amnesty International. I love politics and will assist Mr. McVicker with West's Youth and Government club. I am also an assistant coach for Women's Field Hockey. Go Titans!

3rd Period (12:35-1:35): Honors/Standard Psychology- Room 707
4th Period (2:10-3:40): Honors World History- Room 701
Tutoring Hours
I can be available before school, after school, or during lunch for students that need extra help. Please let me know at least a day in advance that you will be coming so I can make sure I'm available and can be there, ready to help!

The school system provides a materials list for all high school students. From that list, you will need the following items specifically for my class: Pack of 10 blue pens
