AWED FINALE: THE SOPHOMORE SHOWCASE

When is the next showcase?
 May 9th, from 6:30-8:30
-The first part of the program is in the auditorium, where you will see the top projects from this semester's classes.  There is a $2 admission to get into the program, to cover the program costs.
 
-The second part of the program is when the audience visits all of this semester's students as they man their booths with information about their chosen topic. There is no further cost to get into this part of the program.
 
Sophomore Information for the Showcase:
  • Arrive between 5:40 and 6:00 PM to set up your booth.
  • You can find your booth arranged in topical order (your teacher will show you a map in class that day).
  • You will know which table you have because your poster will be taped to the front of it.
  • Put your tablecloth on the table, and set up all of your materials to teach about your topic.
  • If you have any technology that you are using at your booth, take it with you to the auditorium. Do not leave it on the table.
  • Report to the auditorium by 6:15 to your assigned seat.
  • Wait until you are dismissed at the end of the program in the auditorium to report to your booth.
  • From 7:30-8:30, guests will visit you in your booth and you will be evaluated.
  • No matter what, everything will end at 8:30!
