Dead Period Begins Monday July 30 (Winter and Springs Sports) NO work outs till September 1. 2. Monday August 6 MANDATORY Coaches meeting at Atkins High School 6 pm. ALL FALL Coaches are required to attend (Paid, Unpaid and Community ) must attend. Head coaches it is your responsibility to make sure your staffs attend this meeting. Winter and Spring coaches You can attend this meeting and Not have to attend the one before your season.
3. Thursday August 9 Fall parent meeting 6 pm PAC. ALL Students must have a Parent of Guardian attend this meeting to be eligible. Shannon will make you aware of how attendance will be taking at a later Date.
4. Friday August 10 Fall Sports pictures starting at 8 am on the football field. We will do a sign up sheet next week for picture times.
5. Friday August 10 Fall Parent meeting (2nd Meeting) 8 am in PAC. For parents unable to attend first meeting.
6. Monday August 20 Teachers report to school. NO Practices between 8 am and 3:45 pm
7. Wednesday August 22 System Wide Open House. Make sure practices are in the morning. No Games scheduled Begining with the 2011-2012 school year, ALL physicals MUST be on the form that is included with the eligibility packet. This is mandated by the NCHSAA !!!!
