INSTALLMENT PAY SELECTION SYSTEM NOW OPEN!
WSFCS employees who work less than twelve months each year are allowed to elect to spread their pay over twelve months, often called "Installment Pay". If you are eligible for installment pay and you wish to change from ten to twelve OR from twelve to ten, please click on the link to the left. If you are currently employed and you are satisfied with the plan you are currently on, no further action on your part is necessary. The system will be open until the first day of the new ten-month school year, which is August 19th.

FIVE NEW "SPECIAL ANNUAL LEAVE BONUS" DAYS
All full-time, permanent employees who were employed as of July 1, 2012 are to be granted five "Special Annual Leave Bonus" days in addition to the other types of leave they earn. Basically, if you were employed as of that date and typically earn regular annual leave, you will earn these extra days too!

"Opt Out" form to preserve your new leave days until you can be paid for them. (See form for details.)
NEW WS/FCS EMPLOYEES...LOOKUP YOUR PAYROLL CHECK OR DIRECT DEPOSIT ON E-DOCS!
Effective July 1, 2011, all WS/FCS employees must utilize the new “E-DOCS” system to access their payroll check and direct deposit information each month instead of receiving paper paystubs. To use this system you will need your six-digit employee number, which you can find printed on any of your paystubs or direct deposit statements. (It is also available from your school or department secretary.) You can look up yours now! Just click on the "Employees" tab at the top of this web page and select "E-Docs" to access the system.
