Winston/Salem Forsyth County Sports Physicals will be given Saturday, May 18th at Comp Rehab beginning at 9:10am. If you need transportation, a bus will leave from Mt. Tabor High School promptly at 8:30am. Physicals are free of charge; however, a $10 donation is suggested. Students should bring their glasses and/or contact lenses.
