Welcome to Mr. Byrd's Math Class
This is my forth year teaching 7th grade math at Hanes.
Supplies:
#2 pencils, sharpened for class (working mechanical pencils are fine)
notebook paper
graph paper (keep in locker or at home until needed)
section in binder or folder for math papers
box of tissues
hand sanitizer
book bag must fit in locker - they are not allowed in classrooms
Calculators:
We will use Ti-Nspire calculators in class. I strongly recommend that you have access to one of the following calculators for home use: Ti-83+, Ti-84 series, or Ti-Nspire. Any of these calculators can be used throughout high school.
