Room 416 This is my twelfth year at Parkland High School. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S., in zoology and extensive course work in chemistry. After working as a marine biologist and virologist for the state of Florida, I decided to teach. I received my teaching certification from UNC-Chapel Hill and I am certified by the state of North Carolina to teach all high school science. I am also a national board certified teacher. I have found that teaching science to high school students is a very challenging and rewarding experience.
